of theirs. Even so, they would ask for anywhere from 5k-
8K baht if sex is even offered. Not worth it and you wouldn't even know if the sex is any better than a massage girl for 2K.

I thought that I had posted earlier on the Mirage "lady singers."
Anyway, the deal is this:
Technically, they are not supposed to "go with customer."
They do, most of them. In fact, I would bet that every single one of them has f***ed for money, and recently.
Yes, they will charge more. Five thousand baht is generally the starting price. You do have to nail them off the premises.
They think that they are "more high" than the massage girls. They get dumbshits from Taiwan, Singapore and Japan in there laying out big money to have these girls sit with them at table, feed them, drink with them, and compliment them. "You have big power." That is the schtick. It is money for an ego boost, payment to stoke your vanity.
What happens is, you go up the escalator on your way to the MP, and you are distracted by the couch full of youthful honeys sitting at the entrance to the lounge. You are politely accosted by the captain, his name is Jackie, and he tries to persuade you to select a lady.
If you do so, you are then politely vectored into the lounge, not the MP. They will sit you down, try to get you to order food, drinks for an increasing number of people who will want to sit and fawn over you, and your girl will attempt to mesmerize you. Some of them are very hot, and some of them are very, very smart. They are good at taking money from men. This is their profession. Some of them own houses, and drive Mercedes.
The lady singer will sit with you, engage you in flattering coversation, and when it is her turn, she will get up and go sing a Thai country song on stage. Jackie will make a reappearance, and ask you if you want to buy her a "flower." A "flower" is a kind of lei, with baht notes stapled to it. You are not showing "power" unless you spend at least a couple of thousand baht on a "flower." Jackie will ask for "tip" on numerous occasions, and this will be one of them.
Once you buy a flower, the girl will return to your table, and the seduction continues. If she likes you, she will readily agree to "go" with you. If she does not like you, but she thinks that you can be taken for a sufficient sum of money, she will negotiate. Again, the starting bid is generally five thousand baht. These girls consider less to be "low," in the "lo-so" sense, and while they may be persuaded to settle for less, they will insist that everyone else, meaning the other girls, believe that you paid at least five grand, if not more. It is all about face for them.
For my money, the MP is a far superior experience. In fact, the Mirage MP may be the best one on the Ratchada strip, (though it is technically off the strip, down the soi next to the Emerald Hotel, right beside the Palazzo Hotel).
There are some very, very hot girls in the MP, and they range in cost from approximately 2300 baht and up.
The papasans in there are very helpful. I have gone in there, taken my time with a selection, tipped the papasan, been joined by a sweetie from either the sideline or the tank, and had a very good light dinner with drinks. After getting to know the girl a bit, I have retired upstairs and had a most enjoyable time.
Unless you are into that whole Asian thing going on in the lounge, my advice is to stay to your left after you ascend the escalator, politely decline Jackie's attempts to snare you, and proceed directly into the MP.
