Maybe I don't get it, this is not difficult. If the goal is to walk into Cupidy and pay 1800, then do not ask them the price, but TELL them "I paid 1800 last time for 2 hours". They will nod, and after you pick the girl, you will go over to the counter and pay 1800 baht. Simple.
I did this the first time, and every time I have been back since. I did not have to speak Thai. And I've done it in other MPs as well, and they do not give me "20 questions".
Glad to see personal jabs are back in style outside the member's lounge.

If you want a discount, then do as others have suggested, don't go trying to pretend you live here 
It reminds me of people who say/think they can speak Thai, who only know but a few dodgy BG bar talk phrases like "dTope Salope Salai" or "dTing dTong"
