Visited Champs Elysee on last Sunday nite at around 10 pm. The old building is back in action again. Saw 3 average looking chicks sitting on the sofa, all price @ 2,600 baht. Went over to the new building, saw another 2 below average looking chicks.
It seems CE don't have those good looking no more?

Champ Elysse at 10pm...
I think it is hit or miss much of the time.
At 10pm, the stunners/lookers are probably upstairs already. At 3-5pm you'd get the eager early girls, 6-8pm
would be prime time so arriving aroun 9-10pm
would be iffy unless they have a huge selection.
Then 11-12pm you'd get ladies topping up for their
2nd or 3rd / final round.
Go again at a different time.
I found a total knockout at Emmanuelle not long ago at 4pm, weekday. Can't wait to get inside her again. She was a screamer.

Update and Warning
Unfortunately the present mamasan in Champs Elysee runs price gouging scams, the proceeds going into her pocket.
Here's how she operates.
A girl will start working there being told her price is B4000 of which the girl gets B2500 plus a possible monthly bonus.
Then, instead of quoting B4000 to customers, the mamasan quotes, say, B6500, writes out a docket at B4000 and pockets the B2500.
This is along the lines of what's been going on in J1 for a long time.
There's also a scam with the drinks, alcoholic lady drinks being ordered but non-alcoholic versions being delivered, and the B50 difference the mamasan pockets. The girls are encouraged to order this particular drink but don't get any of the scam proceeds.
She also shakes the girls down for commissions in return for recommendations/bookings, this on top of what the house itself pays her.
The best girls have latched on to this, don't like the present management, and many of them have now departed. They feel ripped off to see this mamasan pocketing more than they get.
As previous posts on this thread point out, the previous manager had built up a good group of girls at the time of the opening in 2004 by upgrading their conditions and poaching from the competition. The girls liked him. Unfortunately, this has now been lost, and it's gone downhill.
From the customer's point of view, I'd say avoid Champs Elysee because this mamasan will rip you off at every opportunity. You'll just end up paying B6500 for something both the owner and the girl expect to be B4000.
