I saw a massage place in the airport, it was right near the departure security area, before you go into the secured departure area. When I was in line I was going to shout out and ask them if they have extras but thought it might be displaying poor manners.
Seriously though, it is there. Next time I'll get a massage there and provide a field report.

Update on Amari airport hotel!
I had recently a stop for 5 hours at Bangkok airport. From the beginning it was 7 hours but my flight was delayed so I decuded to test the massage center at Amari airport hotel.
Just as mentioned they have all service there. I called in advance from my departure place and made a reservation and everything was arranged when I arrived. Unfortunately I was not allowed to choose the girl but she was nice goodlooking and a 7-8. I paid 135USD for 2hours FS. It started with some nice Thai massage while she filled the bath. After that we had a bath together and she gave me a fantastic BJ in the bath. After that we continued on the bed in several different positions until I finally exploded.
