I fully agree with Packripper's chart:
The best soapie in town (not overpriced, stable quality) is Victoria Secret. The girls there are usually a bit older than at other places (between 20 and 25). Although selection can be very limited, especially during the week as many girls are studying. Catherine just follows behind, with many young girls (most of them just 18), especially from Chiang Rai / Mae Sai district.
So if you prefer white, fair skin, stick to Catherine. Another thing is that girls at Catherine are "easy going" and cute. While girls from Utopia, which ranks on third place, seemed to me a little bit too professional. The good thing is that all of the three soapies are within a radius of 2 miles (5 minutes by taxi, in an area with almost no traffic-jams). Shuttling between them is very convenient though.
Packripper is right: Good girls are too often changing places (every 3 months). It is hard to keep track of them unless you have their mobile phone numbers. Another thing is that the real stunners are not working that hard. They may show up on one or two days a week. Make sure that you get an appointment.
Speaking about myself I have figured out a system which helps me keeping track with all the "super" ones. I am befriended with a soapie-girl who has been in the business for just over five years now. She makes friends very easily. In other words: She has friends in almost every place all over Bangkok. She usually introduces them to me before or after work. If interested, she will hook me up with them. She is my best "mamasan" no doubt about it. She is my best source of information in regard to soapies.

Sorry, the Peninsula is pretty far away - 30 to 45 minutes by taxi during the day, 20 minutes at nighttime (after 9 p.m).
