Don't you think they give some advise based on the workload the girls have had during the day? I have noticed that they teend to recommend the ones that have been sitting ther for a while and not the ones that just came back from a seassion. Any comments?

Absolutely. The cheer guest knows which girl just got back to the bowl after her last John, and how many times she's worked already that day. And which ones have not had a trick in 2 or 3 days. There is very definitely an effort to balance the workload.
Papa/mamasans also size up the customer when making a recommendation... to put it delicately, some providers are more tolerant of less desirable Johns - though of course there wouldn't be any of these on BTF....

sometimes they take commissions from gals to market them, i.e. recommend to you
if you are regular and know the scene well, then they won't try tricks with you
