I'm not married but also trying hard not to cheat unless it is agreed beforehand. Anyway the usual way I have dealt with this is to get a massage and hj. I justify it by saying that hey, it really isn't the same, I'm masturbating with the difference that someone else is doing the job.
Anyway a big problem I have found in Thailand is that there is no in-between. That is, in HK, Sing, China, Malaysia etc. you can find plenty of really nice sauna-massage places where you get a really good massage, along with "happy finish" - a hj. Thailand, it seems you are either getting nothing, or full-on sex. I'd be deligthed to find such a place in Thailand, especially if it were as clean as the places I've been to in HK and Shanghai. There is nothing more relaxing than a nice sauna, steam room, hot tub, followed by a very therapeutic oil massage, and of course a hj. And I don't have any guilt feelings from this.

My wife won't be coming with me so it's just a question of conscience.
In strip clubs in the States, you can get a lap dance where you keep your clothes on & can always tell yourself you are still remaining faithful. Do they have something like that in Thai? I don't think I'd be able to resist the MPs.

This does not happen at the Pan Pacific, JW Marriott (Sukhumvit) and Imperial Queens Park as far as I am aware. Used these services paying myself sometimes and others by using coupons and the girls are darn scared to even propose anything. They are charming with A+ attitude but odds for a chance of any extra....

I think these places are all over. I've only been to one (Hair Design on Soi 11/1), but there literally hundreds of such places if you know how to spot them. Many of them are up front about providing the HJ as part of their relaxation therapy (or whatever they call it), but for a lot of others it is hit or miss.

Strip clubs vary a lot across the US, but gogo bars in Thailand are a decent match for what you're looking for.
Gogo bars (and girls) vary a lot too, but if you're willing to look around you can find one that suits your comfort level.
Some are very seedy (often called diddling bars) where the girls are not shy about reaching in your pants and don't have a problem with you touching them all over; some will do a HJ or BJ right in the bar.
At other gogos most of the girls are pretty tame in the bar. They won't sit on your lap and they aren't comfortable with you touching any private areas. They are trying to persuade you into going somewhere private for all those activities.
And there are girls in between who will climb into your lap, make out with you and encourage mutually groping. This is typically their sales technique and not a service in itself, so if you're not planning on taking them out of the bar you should tip them for this (or at least be generous with drinks).
Do a little research and be prepared to crawl though several bars to find the one that you feel comfortable with. Many guys go into their first gogo and it's not what they were expecting and they think they're all like that.
Also keep in mind that these places are ridiculously cheap compared to strip clubs in the states, so you can afford to experiment. In fact, you could BF a girl in Mandarin NEP, buy a couple drinks, pay for the private room (which is right there by the stage), and give your girl a decent tip all for less than $60 (which is 3 mediocre clothed lap dances, or maybe one or two fully nude dances at most places). It's up to you what you do in the private/ST room, you can do 30 minutes of very hot lap dances (nude or clothed), or you can go all the way. Not a bad deal, huh?
Another spouse friendly option is a club like Orbit (check the Field Reports section for a good basic description).

Then it must be the look on my face or something  But -sometimes to my annoyance-, in every single 5* hotel I have been in SEA (including Singapore!!) ugly old masseuses have always tried to make some extra money by offering the "happy" finish. I think 5* hotels try to hire ugly masseuses for that reason: keep a good decent image.
BTW, sorry to say that those you mention are a category behind the ones I mentioned. When I say 5* I mean the top top hotels. Sorry, if this sounds a bit snob.
Of the 5* hotels I stayed here in Bangkok, I have had the offer made at all of them every single time I stayed and had a massage there (Regent, Shangrila and Hyatt). This was from about 1997 to 2001, before I moved here. Since then, I have not tried. Btw, I always asked for the girl to go to the room instead of me going to the spa.
Only time when I got a really good looking young girl at a 5* hotel was here at the Shangrila about 4 years ago. When she was finishing and was asking if I wanted her to work the last few minutes in an area of my choice .... after playing ignorant and she obviously suggesting a hj, I told her that I didn't needed her for that, as I could do that myself. I gave her a big smile and she understood and asked "oh! you want make love?" ....... the rest is obvious.....
