I have no clue about the answers to your questions, but I just figured a way to get to see pictures of about 34 girls.
It is a bit cumbersome but it works. Go to this link http://www.poseidon2000.com/model-001.html and manually keep changing the number at the end from 001 up to 034.

Again this really depends on you cab driver.
The first time i went to Bangkok, i got a taxi at the airport, to get to my hotel, and the taxie driver drove into the hotel car park, and jumped out of the car and ran into the hotel, Ýto book me a room and make some money out of it. ÝThe hotel manager came out, with the cab driver, and they saw me legging it out of the carpark and down the road. Ý
I went back to the hotel as soon as the cab driver had left, and as i walk into the lounge, the manager saw me, and sead he has no rooms left 
I was like what kind of a hotel are you running, i know you would have found a room for me if the cab driver was making some money out of it, and i booked a room hear 7 months ago through the internet, so how comes you have not got a room.
We walk over to the cashdesk, and the girl behind the counter puts my name into the computer, and away you go, she sead there was nothing, so i leane over to look at the monitor, to find my name staring right back at me, and i point it out to her on the screen, thats me, now can i have the key please.
What is it like in this place, money money money, what is going on hear.
Once the hotel was souted out, i had a great time, but everytime i walked in, that guy was there staring at me, and you could see he was still pissed off with the whole thing.
I sead all this, becouse this could easyally happen to you, or anyone else. ÝThe best bet would be find out what the local beer bar is next to the place you want to go, and give the guy that name, othwise there could be caos for no reason at all, accept for a few extra bhart.
My next time at Nana hotel is in September 03, and instead of giving the cab guy the name of the hotel, im going to show him my get out of jail free card from Woodstock

If I'm right, the Royal Ascott is near the Petronas Twin Towers. All you need is to hail a cab from there, waste about 10 minutes if the traffic is kind and you'll be near where the action is at Bukit Bintang. Don't let the street touts lead you in cos it'll set you back about RM100 at least especially if you are farang. Mid-Valley Spa is a wee bit off at Cititel Hotel which is about a good 20-30 minutes ride from where you are staying. The Beach Club is just 5 minutes drive and I'm sure you'll find a number of free-lancers if you could allow your sonar senses to be put on high alert. Cheers!!!

Thanks for the input guys. Smegma, thanks. I was able to find these 34 gals with the help of the brothers. Still hoping to get access to the whole batch so I can enter in with a target list... or perhaps even reserve in advance.

I can't figure out how the taxi driver expected to make something on the side when you had already made a reservation with the hotel and agreed on a price for your stay?
I can see this happening at MPs that you take a taxi to, or if you were just a "walk up" customer to a hotel with no reservation. That's f_cking bizzare!
Thankfully I never had this type of problem during my first trip, but then again I only took two taxi rides while in bkk. One from the airport to the hotel and one back.

Actually I think I just found the answer to my question about drop off spots for taxi rides to MPs...
The maps that BK was so kind to put up list the MPs and some major hotels near each one that I want to go to...
Just ask for a drop off at the hotel near by!
