One additional note about the hot water issue. Having discussed it with the girls, some of them don't like using hot water all day/night because it tends to dry out their skin. Some don't mind it and you just have to tell them to turn it up before they fill the tub.
On the note of best BJs, it almost seems the general consensus is to visit the establishments that specialize in that particular service. In this case, Star of Light in Patpong or maybe even Lolitas in Sukhumvit.
For backdoor action, very touch and go at the soapies, best bet is the oilys, such as Tulip or whichever other one is hot at the moment.
