a mirage girl who you will pay 1900 baht gets 1050 as her share, I dont know if expenses are taken out of this. so the way I see it a mirage girl makes the same as about an above avg. agogo dancer per customer--1600- 1700 baht.
the good thing about a mp girl is that if you "click" you dont have to worry about them running away. a hot agogo dancer seems always interested in a really shortime shorttime.......lol

I think you can't compare a mirage girl with a gogo dancer. They are too much different. A mirage girl can make much much more than a gogo dancer or beer bar girl. Because they can get a lot of tipsssss.

At typical fishbowl prices of B1800 to B2000, the girl will get around B1000 in most places. As the price rises for sideliner or model categories, the girl's percentage rises too, with the house normally capped around B1500 per customer.
So a model on B3500 would get B2000, but at B4500 she'd get B3000.
Usually they have to pay for their makeup which is done in-house by a katoey. This is done with "coupons" which can be either be bought for cash, or (if the girl achieves a certain number of customers in a calendar month) are given to her free.
There are also bonuses. In a calendar month, turn up on 20 days, and have 38 customers, an extra B10,000 is paid in one place. At Emanuelle it's 50 customers in a calendar month, for achieving which they get some gold. Turn up before 3pm and one place pays B300 bonus.
Tips are B500 or B1000 for the most part. Higher tips of B5000 or B10000 can come along for the models, but quite rarely.
However, there's not as many customers as you might think for most of them, and typically the girl nets out around B50,000 pcm tips/bonuses/coupons included. Some could go as low as B20,000 and the best in the high end model lounges up to B200,000. This excludes sponsorships.

I can add this: I was told that sideliners at Cupidy can come and go as they please, no requirements to work any specific days, or any number of days per month. Also, they receive no salary, only tips and their share of the massage fee.
I can add that BK and I talked to a papasan at Plaza Entertainment. He was quite open about the farang surcharge, he said that the farang surcharge of 1000 baht goes 100% to the girl, none to the house. Even with that, *some* girls choose not to go with a farang (I would imagine not many, though).

6th floor Plaza Entertainment with the 1000 baht farang surcharge made 2 girls a grand total of 9400 baht. I tipped the papasan my 100 baht change, since I paid at 9500 baht. Knowing the girls received 1000 baht each as the surcharge, with the fact they were 9.5 in looks and provided some of the best sex ever, I didn't tip them at all at the end. 4700 baht with that surcharge, they will receive anyway, as an included tip was enough for them total. They were not angry at all when the session was over. They were getting the money.
