Girls on the 6th floor are more expensive, the prices range from 4,200 - 6,000 (I have included the 1,500 surcharge unless you are East Asian). Rooms are included in the price, unless of course, if you specify a larger room or suite, which can cost anywhere between 1,000 B ~ 5,000 B for 3 hours only. You'd get those suites if you were getting 3-4 girls at a time. 
BTW, this is not a hotel. Just a massage parlor, so you don't stay there. Though it would be an interesting concept! Hey, are you guys reading this? Prolly not.

After striking out at Japanese oriented Baccara and finding myself disappointed with the rest of Soi Cowboy I decided I had to get out of there while I was still just barely sober. The only question was where to go. At first I figured I'd just hop up to Nana Entertainment Plaza but then I remembered Plaza Entertainment. I had found one of the most stunning girls there during the last moments of my first trip to BKK but I also suffered from a moment of sticker shock and by the time I had recovered the girl I wanted was long gone.
In any case this time I was ready for another shot at the lineup. To my utter shock it actually took a bit of effort to explain where I wanted to go to the taxi driver. Isn't PE one of those places where the taxi drivers are compensated for "suggesting" it to you? I certainly thought so. Anyway, after a bit of back-and-forth he finally got it and we were off. It only took a few minutes to reach PE from NEP (where he first tried to take me) but by this time all the beers I had recently consumed were starting to catch up to me. I don't mean in a upchuck kind of way, just that I was getting a bit sloppy with my decisions. The taxi ended up dropping me off at Cupidy (which is in the basement of the Plaza Entertainment Complex but is NOT the same parlor for those who don't know).
I knew I didn't really want Cupidy but in my intoxicated state I was still willing to walk inside and look around. There were so many cute girls all over the place. Wow. I was actually pretty impressed. There were a few that really turned me on and I was willing to just stop right there and shack up with any number of those cuties, but the papasan was being a real hard ass. Instead of the 2,000-2,500 I was willing to pay for a cute sideliner this prick wanted 5,000-6,000. WTF? At first I thought he must be joking. He must have thought I was drunk, and maybe he was right, but I certainly wasn't drunk enough to pay that kind of dough for a Cupidy girl. Don't get me wrong, even I'll pay crazy money from time to time, but not when I know that other foreigners are getting the same girls for so much less.
Soon I had decided to be on my way, but the hard-ass Cupidy papasan kept trying to tell me that the rest of the building was closed for various reasons and that all the girls from the other floors were here in Cupidy. There were so many girls in there that I almost believed him, but I was still sober enough to give the other floors a try anyway. As I slowly made my way around to the main Plaza Entertainment entrance I saw some Japanese standing around outside and figured that was a good sign. I walked in and passed the only other Caucasian in the main lobby ending up at a table with one very quiet Japanese guy in a very laid back pose. Another group of Japanese guys were acting a little tipsy and one of them was walking around in shades acting like he was trying to lift the bar or something. Since I was intoxicated myself this gave me a good laugh and the one other Caucasian guy made some comment about even Japanese getting blue balls. There were a couple real cuties that I was just about to pull the trigger on when they were picked off before I could make my final decision.
Oh man, I was so pissed; this is exactly what happened the last time I was here and I was in no mood to leave empty handed. So, I walked past the Plaza sideliners and up to the massive fishbowl. There was only one girl inside and she was pretty far from the glass. I gestured with my hands to say "Where are all the others?" but she just gestured back that she was the only one left. At this point I walked up to some mamasan in a yellow polo and asked her how to get to the other floors. She gave me a glance to size me up and then started walking me over to the elevator. A couple of the Japanese folks were still paying for the girls I wanted and I made some joke about taking them off their hands before realizing that there was no way they'd understand my comments. Before I could get out another joke we were already in the elevator.
With the recent events at Baccara still fresh in my mind I made a disparaging remark about having a tough time competing with the fat Japanese wallets and small Japanese dicks. The mamasan seemed clueless to my comments but the elevator lady seemed to get it and joined in with my drunken laughter. I don't really have anything against the Japanese but being locked out of the running right from the get-go when I'm plenty capable of spending just as much stupid money as many of them are gets on my nerves sometimes. Anyway, soon we were at the impressive 6th floor. This is what all massage parlors should aspire to be. Yummy girls to ogle with a much more quiet and subdued ambiance as opposed to the circus atmosphere you tend to find in places like Cupidy.
The girls were pretty hot and surprisingly well dressed with attractive hairstyles. The mamasan explained that the ones sitting on couches to the left were already taken but the ones further down were still available. The only clients I saw up here all looked Japanese and it really felt like a private club in some ways. The mamasan led me to the available girls and several of them looked surprisingly good. I was given prices of between 4,200 and 4,700 which was fine with me since I was pretty sure those were legitimate rates for these girls. In fact I think that's pretty close to what I was asked to pay for a sideliner on the main floor years ago.
Surrounded by several Japanese men carefully studying the same girls I was ogling I decided to be quick with my selection this time and soon I had picked out a sweet beauty who had been doing her best to get my attention. Her impressive figure made her cocktail dress look absolutely fabulous and her film noir hair style really turned me on. In other words, this girl was smokin' hot. Unfortunately I was still drunk and suffering from a serious fever, but I managed to clear all the details at the counter and make my way to the room. The Plaza rooms are pretty amusing with a circular bed and mirrors all over the place. My sweet companion undressed me and then I jumped into what had to be the hottest bath I've ever had in a massage parlor. Oh yeah, I had finally found a parlor with a truly hot bath. I was so happy to have a real hot bath that I just let the girl do most of the work while I soaked up the warmth.
Unfortunately mixing a fever with lots of beer and a very hot bath isn't very good for you. In fact I nearly passed out from all the heat and had to just lay down on the bed for quite a while as the girl gave me a massage. To my astonishment the massage was actually pretty good. It took a long time but I finally reached a more normal temperature and managed to get a tiny bit of my energy back. She started out with a CBJ which wasn't terribly good but her super cute face and awesome rack made up for some of it and then we moved on to some basic missionary/cowgirl/doggy before I ended on her tits. I had a similar expereince at Cupidy when the non smiliing aggressive papasan told me Plaza Ent was closed. But the huge selection kept me there rather than leaving to see if he was lying. Too bad. Sounds like I should have left.
Plaza is now at the top of my 'have not done but must do' list.
Where is the entrance to PE starting from the Cupidy entrance ?

There are two ways to get up there.
From the Cupidy entrance, walk a little bit out towards the main road, and you will see a ramp on your right, walk up, and you will get to PE's main entrance.
Alternatively, walk through the car park area, and follow the way up to the next level and find the staircase, which brings you to PE's side entrance (from the carpark).
