Pardon the basic question--Is Poseidon generally regarded as the best/one of the best places to find model-quality girls? This place seems to get almost unanimously good reviews. I know looks are completely subjective, but if someone was looking for the best, would you steer them here?

I guess Poseidon (and Mirage) are considered the best in Bangkok. Not only for the girls, but also for the entourage.

Sorry - I have the same question as I posted a couple of days ago. I need to know if Poseidon is open on 12th April. I have phoned from the UK, but cannot get anyone to answer my question. If someone would be kind enough to find out for me, I would be very greatful.
I am thinking though like most places, they will be closed on this date.

As far as I know, poseidon is open everyday without any holiday in a year.
During my latest visit, I cehcekd all massage palours in rachadapisek rd. Poseidon was the best one and others were even not comparable in girls' quality. Service was also not compatible from my ex-experiences.

According to Poseidon's website here:-
Q. What time is your massage place open and close? What day close?
A. Our place open at 13:00 (floor 2 Venus Showcase) and 15:00 (floor 3 Modeling Lobby) and close at 00:00 both floor everyday and not open on H.M. The King's Birthday (5 Dec), H.M. The Queen's Birthday (12 Aug), Makha Bucha Day, Visakha Bucha Day, Asarnha Bucha Day and the Buddhist Lent Day.
However, I would add that Songkran this year is 13, 14, 15 April. Many of the MP girls at Poseidon and elsewhere are from Changmai/Changrai/Isaan. They leave Bangkok to go back and spend Songkran with their families, but would leave earlier than the 13th. I'd guess from early April they'd start thinning out, and certainly from the 9th on, many would be gone.
So I think the answer is Poseidon will be open April 12 but your selection of girls will be much less than normal.

Shoke is right on the money. I checked with a model today and she told me it would be open April 12,13,14,15 but a lot of girls start taking off before the holidays which start on the 13th this year-thus you will not get the full menu of beauties.
