I believe they always use warm water or something less warm if possible. The reason for this is because that you will tend to come slower after a hot bath. Many models there want to get it over with asap. Just a thought

I personally have never had a problem with water there. never in over 4 years have had a cold bath...
Just ask the girl that you want hot water. the range of temperature is up to you. I also ask for a another hot bath (if time remains) at the end of the session.
The only problems I have seen, is the use of the 2nd floor bedrooms (which were recently renovated, and very nice (seen the round bed?? wished that it moved in circles) which have very cold rooms (air/con) ; and no usable mirrors anywhere (even for the girl to fix her hair or makeup).... the other problem with the 2nd floor rooms is the distance for the maids to bring the baskets which are usually on the 4th or higher floors. and having to take the back stairs to bring them down.... sometimes takes 10 minutes...
