I had a look in LaBelle this Wednesday evening around 8 pm. Extensive remodeling has been done, the former Mona Lisa has been greatly upscaled. Work is not yet finished on the exterior, but the interior looks complete. Only ten ladies were sitting on their loveseats, with many more unoccupied. There is no fishbowl.
A papasan, Khun Ting, sat with me and quoted the prices that Nic mentioned, except that the most expensive category is 5800. Ouch! As I like the LBFM types, none of the ladies appealed to me. If you like big and white go and take a look. Ting mentioned that he will not hire any girl to work as a masseuse who is shorter than 155 centimeters. I thought a couple of the little waitresses were pretty cute tho, definitely more my type. Oh well...

Visited La Belle a few Fridays back around 20:00. Parking lot was empty but the lights were on, decided to head in for a look. Papa took me up to the lounge area to show me the line up. There were about 15 gals seated on the loveseats, 2 gals sitting at the bar. On first look I didn't see anything that caught my eye, but decided to sit and have a beer while Papa gave me the rundown on the pricing plan. Half way through my beer, I decided I would to move on to the next MP on my list. I asked Papa about the recent rennovations and re-opening, and if many farangs visit La Belle. He said that they don't admit all farangs, I was allowed in because I "looked OK" (what that I meant, I don't know). He went on to say that if on the other hand I was African or Indian, then he paused and just shook his head and smiled... I finished my beer and headed out for Poseidon.
To get to La Belle from MRT Phetchaburi Station:
- Take Exit #1, proceed ahead towards Phetchaburi Rd intersection
- Turn LEFT (Thai Summit Tower ahead, on opposite side of road)
- Walk ~7 minutes, La Belle will come up on your LEFT

I first noticed La Belle while I was heading for my hotel from the airport. It was almost 23:00 by the time I got out of the airport and in to a taxi. Taxi driver got off the highway and cut down Kamphaeng Phet 7 Road towards Asoke Rd. While driving down that back road behind La Belle, I noticed a number of gals hanging out alone or in small groups. Most all were nicely dressed and some not bad looking. I assumed these gals had just finished work at Phetchaburi establishments and were waiting for taxis. The next day I was skimming through a copy of GDiary magazine, an area map had Kamphaeng Rd highlighted in pink (i.e. 'naughty zone'). Can anyone confirm if these gals are simply waiting for taxis, or waiting for drive-by customers (i.e. street walkers), or both? Any action to be found on road that runs behind La Belle?

No, these are hookers. The road behind La Belle and (the now demolished) Siam hotel is on good days filled with hookers (real girls and not-so-real girls).
It's a Thai scene run by the pimps (it's not unusual to see police trucks filled with them).
Not for the fainted of heart. But a few lookers can be found.

Yeah Mukasan or Makosan Rd depending on the pronunciation, many good lookers walking around after the regular venues they work at/for are closed.
They all like guys with a car; pull up, jump in, and away you go
Sort of like driving into a seemingly dead Soi on a short-cut and leaving with a beautiful Co-Pilot. Yep there they are and looking good.
