As has been pointed out on this thread, the surchage for caucasian farang in Delilah, the upstairs lounge in Plaza, is THB1,500.
This is on the high side compared with the competition, but one offset is the girl gets to keep the surcharge, rather than the house taking a cut, so you may care to take that into account when tipping.

made a visit to delilah on the 6th floor of plaza entertainment earlier this month. enjoyed the experience.
the biggest pain was getting there without paying a taxi commission. asked for prince hotel on phetburi- many did not know, or played ignorant. it's also located kind of on the opposite side if one is coming west on phetburi- well bottom line I had to play chicken with the cars to cross phetburi road at night!
got there in one piece but sweating like a pig- damn wanted to look nice for the girls. 5555
zoomed past cupidy, went to plaza,. place was busy on a friday. mostly asians and thais. took elevator to 6th floor. very nice selection. maybe 20-30 girls still. I picked the girl I saw the lasttime, sl darker, slim, and a nice smile she was flashing at me despite me looking likei came out of a shower. these girls are pros. pricing was 2700. lowest category on the 6th floor, but I thought the 2700 choices were pretty good. many were lighter skin, like thais like.
the eleavator and hallways are a little ragged now compared to the other big soapy places. rooms also a little dated. ok by me if keeps prices in line. but the place was clean and the girls seem to have good attitude. and the water nice and warm for the bath.
cleaned up really nice in the bath, she did some, twirling and rubbing of the breasties on my chest in the tub with soap. the water was getting agitated like a washing machine. felt nice, kind of funny, we had a small chuckle. I like those moments. we did the normal deed, nice, no crazy moaning or anything that I hate. just quiet groans and closing of the eyes so she wouldn't have to look at me and could think of her boyfriend, but all very discrete. 5555
the best part was after in my opinion. we had time, and no rushing out like in other soapies. so she offered a massage- I expected a light backrub, but she was pretty good, leaning her bodyweight into pressure points. almost fell asleep. I think this is the sector underserved in LOS- hot chicks doing real massage. I think it would be awesome if hot chicks would do real massage but you could work out side deals on your own, but nothing guaranteed. she could play hard to get, whatever. I want to get real thai massages but by a hottie- is that wrong. but stangely, I think this is too much work for the hotties and they would rather just lay on there back and get laid. oh well
she was cool, cute smile, and I wish I could have spoken thai. so I would say thumbs up, good service, not rushed feeling like at poseidon. reasonable prices if asian.
i got her number after but couldn't meet up as it was my last nite. : ( hope to be back.

Your experience used to be the norm but for some reason over the past 4-5 years, service has gone down. Maybe the impending economic decline may encourage more of the ladies to revert back to the good ole days.

I have always had good luck with the sideliners from Cupidy. The place is a bit ragged as been said, but at least they rotate the girls more than the decor.

If you don't mind spending the extra dough, Delilah's had some of the prettiest girls I had seen in any massage parlor in Bangkok. I do like Cupidy for the volume of girls (50 - 100), but many of Delilah's (10 - 15) were model quality. The joints inbetween Cupidy and Delilah's, I didn't think too much of. Lots and lots of Japanese on the floors above Cupidy.
I didn't partake in any of the services of the ladies at Delilah's so I can't comment on service. It was simply too much money and I was coming from a session at Cupidy which in this case was average at best. At around 9:00 p.m. I went back up to Delilah's and there were no girls there, I am not sure why.

Last time - I went to Plaza, I went up a ramp to a reception area much like a posh hotel. check out the fish bowl and then went up the lift for a side line / model.
