You are not going to achieve what you are looking for with a budget of 1500 baht! What is the point of being a cheap charlie? Pay the going rate, tip appropriately, treat the girls nicely and they will make you feel like a king!

Have to agree with Thaipan, you will not achieve your goal. If looks is what you after, I recommend the Ratchadapisek MP`s over the Suk ones. But prices will be starting at B 2.000 and up!
Ah.. never ever go with one of the guys who hang around between Suk Soi 5 and 15 and promote the MP "happy hour"!

Forget about all the mp's in the sukh area. Most of em are small, sometimes dirty and the girls serving like machines cos of the never ending gush of newbies.... like in plaza ent.
Go to Rachda, there I like the Mirage and Nataree, but since I found Victoria Secret's back off Rama IX (adress on bkt page). All the times I went ther (more then 10). It was never busy, never see farangs (few korean or japs bus.men), some thais... the service was always top. Fishbowl with >50 girls. Never see sideliners. Go to the bar on the left of the bow and you can see all the chicks very close and I am shure you'll find your angels. Many of em never had a farang, but who cares, you are not there for conversation therapy, are you......Never paid more than 2k (1st time), then papasan will remember you... I am on 1500 per girl... 
IMHO Victoria's is the best you can get. Okay it's not just aorund the corner of NEP but it is worth the hazzle to get there.
