When I was in the US Army part of my job was the prevention, treatment and tracking down the partners of guys who had std.
I had hardened combat vets start to cry when they would ask, how do I tell the mother of my children. The women I love, I gave her the clap. I never had a good answer other then tell them that his wife had to report to my office within 24 hours so I could interview her.

I had to interview the wife, girl friend to see if she had any partners and arrange medical treatment. Women generally speaking don't know they have std.
