Oh.... I will miss that sombre looking papasan who looked like the guy from the James Bond Films who threw the hat.... miserable f*** he was. In the days before BKT I used to frequent Darling quite often as I didn't know much else and the location was (and still is), quite good for lower Sukhumvit punters.
Darling has suffered with pretty bad FR 's recently and probably quite well deserved. However, I will always remember a vist a few years ago when I took a really attractive looking girl, who then begged me to take her friend as well, who had just started working that day. Her friend was so shy, but so young and horny - the type to give you an erection just looking by looking at her. I will never forget girl one sucking me, whilst I had my finger up girl two's bum who was looking at me smiling, but incredibly shy - she probably thought I was normal !!.... mmmmm

Magnum - I'm afraid the disagreeable papasan is still there, or maybe they hired a new one who is just as foul tempered. I went there out of curiosity and I hadn't even been there for 60 seconds before the guy was frowning at me and muttering "we're doing business here!" or something like that, as if I was wasting his time by standing there and looking at the girls without making an immediate choice. So I left. Way to attract business! Can't comment on the girls because I hardly had time to really look at them before the guy started pissing me off!
Last time I was in the place was maybe 10 years ago. It was a bit friendlier back then.

... a friend explained that a new mamasan is now working there... they apparently pushed out one of the old dickhead papasans we all despise being near us... far, far better reception... still, one of the old dickheads remains... if they will replace him with another mamasan like the one they now have, Darling could make a first step toward returning.

I went to Darlings for the first time back 8 yrs agao when I first visited Bangkok, man the place has changed and you guys are absulutely right when 2 papasan were not very friendly at all we got there around 9:30p and the selections were very slim no lookers at all. they seem much older than the women that remmembered 8 yrs ago unless they keep there inventory the same lol. I plan to check the place again this afternoon around 5-6p see if I can potentialy see someone the I like. Will report back

Went there again today to check the selection, do not waste your time Darling is not the place it use to be. Two nasty papasan and some run down ladies at the fish bowl just like the place. Went to Emannuel instead got better service and better attitude.

So sad to hear your review twong. I don't live in BKK, but have been going there for business the last 26 years. My first and most fond memories of a soapy were from Darling. I also stopped going because my favorite girl #102 left for Gemany, but during my visits I always dealt with a 3rd skinny papasan called khun Tawan. If you see it in yourself to give Darling another chance, ask for Tawan, slip him a hundred and he will take good care of you.

Not sure if I am going back the 2 papasan didn't like it when I told them I will come back if there are more women in the fish bowl. He didn't say much but very much in his own way told me dont come back. So since I am not welcome there now, there are others places to explore. I am sure he will treat you differently Bokon since you know him, but for us non VIP members its a bit different treatment. with the BTS/MRT there is no reason to go to a place where the staff has any attitude, and especially not if you need to slip him some cash ahead of time to do his job.
f*** the sukhumvit shitholes Annies/Darlings and get on train and head to Ratchada area for lots of choices of places and girls.
