well you got all the action around your hotel. NEP, soi cowboy, beer garden and tons of stuff. Look at the sukhumvit map on bkktonight and u will have no problem finding all the action you can handle around marriots

i think that u've made a good chice to stay at the JW. most of the places that discussed and shared area all located in the Sukhumvit area. jus spend some time on the threads and u will realised that all the activities areas are within walking area. theres a few maps available in this site and if i'm not wrong some bros had posted a few maps of that area.
well, all u have to do is to read up, write down the "the places of interest" u intend to visit, check them out on the maps and when u are in BKK, u will naturally have an idea where u r or where u will be heading.
if u need more info, i'm sure many bros hree will be glad to help u! have fun!
