The Russian (and eastern European) girls seem to like CM2. Check it out on Wednesdays as it is ladies night there. You could also try the Arabic bars on Sukhumvit Soi 3. Middle eastern girls can be found there too. Another possible place, but it will be very pricey, is to try out the escort agencies.

why go to Thailand and look for other nationalities?.
