Does anybody know what the building called 'The Davis' is at the bottom of Sukhumvit Soi 24, opposite Presidents Park?
They have been buidling it for what seems years now and there used to be a sign saying it was callen the 'New Yorker' although this was removed shortly after 9/11.
I believe it is owned by the Davis Group who I belive run places like Victorias Secret etc.
Is this to be a new massage place in the city centre??

The davis was originally designed to be a massage parlour but people in the neighborhood opposed the idea because they're afraid that the 'hood is gonna look bad because of the presence of MP. hahahaha i was gonna die when my friend told me this.
so, it's gonna be just a hotel.

My gf's construction family is actually part involved in this. Khun Davis wants to diversify out of MPs so he's building a two block hotel and party/pub area there. Quite little related to MPs, but you'll notice his trademark, get photos of international models (and or Penthouse, etc), copyrighted or not, and put a Davis Group logo on them with Photoshop discount decorating strategy.
