When would be the best time to visit the model lounge at Poseidon?

My advice is to eat dinner there and just hang out for a while and watch the show (i.e. the parade of customers and girls). Tipping the manager when you sit down wouldn't hurt to keep you in mind when the hot ones become available.

69er, 7 pm is just about right. Never get in there earlier than that. I have checked the lounge at 10 pm and was packed once. What is also important is the day when you should visit. Beginning of the months are bad, as most locals have just gotten paid, so they will be spending their salary there. Anyway, the idea is to relax at the lounge and wait for a while till a good one comes by.

most girls seem to get in by 6pm. including makeup time most will appear about 30 minutes later in the lounge!

Oh, some managers do speak Mandarin or Japanese and most of them do speak English.

Some English, not much. Japanese is a plus (for me anyway) as they will call a manager who can speak it. There should be a manager to meet your needs and language. If you've been there before, then you know the score.

Have been Poseidon on last trip to BKK, did find any beauty in fish bowl, I think I was there at wrong time ( around 10PM ), only few girls left. Then moved up to model lounge, only one mamasan can speak English, told me no model available!  Yep, we should arraive there earlier, could have more option.
