In my opinion, the one of the worst soapy massage center in Bangkok is Noar Entertaintment Complex! The first time I visited the complex was in September, 2002 and I paid 1,700b plus 500b tip for a body massage and gave 100b to mamasan. During my second visit to Noar on January, 2003 the papasan quote me 2,500b for the same girl and I just looked at him and laughed. The taxi driver told me "Noar's papasans are knowned to rip-off perspective customers!" Noar's papasans were arrogant, conniving and unfriendly!
My favorite body massage centers are Nataree, New Cleopatra, Victoria Secret and Cafe Biwa. They have the best services and the papasans are very friendly and accommodating.

Yes I have been to this place too!Please don't ask me where it is because I was taken there by someone and wasn't paying a lot of attention to where I was going.I was charged 1,700 baht and I asked the papasan who he would recommend.
He gave me 3 recommendations and I picked the one he said had a very good body.Well when we got in the room I had to back his judgement.She had a great body and such smooth skin.The experience was ok but I certainly won't be rushing back there although never having been to any of the popular massage places around Sukhumvit(Annie's,Darling's etc) I have nothing to compare it with.

I've been there 4 times and it was okay.
Service was okay, but the papasan did try to jack-us on the time and amount.
Okay. I know you are asking why 4 times. Because one of our buddies was seeing a female that worked there, so we went 3 times for him to get to know her .. so to speak. the 4 time was to check on things.
i had a p.i investigate this female and found out she was only 16 years old. eventhough she had id that said 20. the p.i made a copy of her birth cert, as well as other records.
and the 4th time was to make sure that she left my friend alone and stopped calling and showing up at our apartment. it was done politely, but done.
the p.i also investigated for us the Noar complex and found that many of side line models were under 18 years old.
so ... if you do visit this establishment and the females look too young, they proabably are.
oh .. i was last there ..... a 1 1/2 ago.

The last time I was there was about 4 years ago. The girl I had was very interesting, as I now recall, that she was probably one of the first MP girl that offered anal sex freely. Can't remember the actual price it was less than 2,000 B.

Noar Update
Just south of the Ekamai/Rama 9 junction, good access from the Rama 9 expressway... plenty of parking. The building is 7 stories and was originally built for apartments, so the rooms are very large. Clean modern infrastructure; there are several larger "group" suites available also..
Ground floor fishbowl, about 30 ladies. 1,800/2hrs for suds and 500 for TTM. Papasan typical fat bald geezer with a what-the-f_ck attitude; impatient, but he didn't screw me around on the pricing. The view was average, mostly 4-6.
Chose a larger lady who turned out to be very sweet and good fun... her number is the same as Ekamai. Large breasts and kissed like high school in the back seat;
didn't want to come up for air. Fine by me. She offered aromas of caramel oak, pain grille with a hint of saddle leather and loam... full-bodied on the palette with a long finish and fine structured tannins.... Ms Ann, vintage 1976.
I was almost out the door when I realized it was still light; only about 7pm. What the hell, traffic probably heavy... went back in and up to the 2nd floor thinking to eyeball the superstar candy. Noar runs the show so only 6 or fewer sideliners are visible at a time... as they are picked off, backups appear to fill in the gaps. All moonlighters and students according to the papasan.... most were 6-7 but a couple of them reached 8. The pricing ran 2,500 up to 4K for one standout that was very tempting even at that lofty figure.
I had a snack (great sausage) with beer and reminded myself how difficult life in Bangkok can be when you have a few hours of leisure... decided against the high priced spread and headed for the door (again). This sideline lounge (called Derby) featured a singer who was a touch older, but the best thing in the building for my money; good voice too.
OK, this time I'm really outta here.. headed home... I get to the door again; damn. Raining. Calls for review of strategy... while I'm pondering the options in the lobby, a lady walks into the fishbowl and catches my eye. Yup, better stay out of the rain.
This lady has a touch of farang in her blood; not half but maybe quarter... angular facial bones, farang eyes, plumpish but well built with short layered hair and a large chest. The papasan gives me a funny look, and is a little more animated now (I'm probably approaching "regular" status at this point).
She does a glorious bath, with shampoo and bbbj. The rest of her performance was less impressive...can't recommend miss 86. Likely gets a lot of traffic and thinks a little too highly of herself; once again the better service was not with the better looker.
When I left about 10:30 there were at least a dozen guys bottomfishing the bowl. Overall, the place was ok... looked like mostly Thai customers. It's not high on the list of "farang-friendly" MPs; most on the Huay Kwang strip are better.

NOAR UPDATE
Yesterday been with AdrianJJ heading to PIANO since we felt the need to get some alcohol in our blood system yesterday night. However, was so tempting to hit NOAR MP, since it was on our way to Piano driving Ýfrom Rama IX. ÝGlad to see the input of DEEP FILE on this MP. Very informative as usual.
Must confess that yesterday was my very first time at this place and was ready to go for a bang if a nice set of titties were on display....
Location
Yep, the place is easy accessible from Rama IX. Likewise, I think that coming from Sukhumvit (Ekkamai Rd) will demand a U-turn that is nearby the main Soi where Noar is located. Not a big deal.
Was a little bit afraid that my freebie from Nataree -or any of her zillion friends- could see me lurking around, since she is living in the big complex of apartments just 1-min walk from where Noar is located (right side). Quite a few other MP girls from Catherine and Nataree (I confirm it) are living there also. So that I had to be careful. My girl shares her room with other 4 girls (3 of them from Catherine)....bloody agents!
Well, no comments on the rooms yet. PINGA didn't try any girl there since the selection in the fishbowl was up to MONALISA or CP2 category. Even J1 got a better selection of chicks. Could not say that most of the best girls were hired by the time we arrived since the car park (50 m away from the entrance) Ýwas filled with only, lets say, 15 cars....
Liked the lobby, very nice and clean. Only one fishbowl here in the groundfloor and about 20-30 TGs waiting with puppy eyes to be hired.
Prices
B/.1.800 per 2-hr session. The papasan said that one intercourse and a BJ was "guaranteed" and a second bang is negotiable with the girl. Good news, huh?
The models we saw at the 2nd Fl. were available at B/.3.400 per 90-min session.
Model Lounge
Since the fishbowl was disappointing we requested to take a look on the sideliners. The papasan said there were not sideliners available but I couldn't see any couch or sofa or even a small lounge at the groundfloor. Very strange. However, the so-called "models" of the establishment could be found in the second floor.
The lift is located in the far end of the groundfloor, opposite to the fishbowl and close to NOAR CAFE. A step out of the lift and the lounge is located on your right. Two 4-body couches placed on the right and a smallish bar on the left. There is a sort of stage in the far end of the lounge and the available girls were dirty-dancing for few local customers. Four bored-looking chicks were dancing in casual clothes for 3 local customers. One "model" was literally a dead fish resting on one of the couches and the other one just kept eating sitting in one of the bar stools.
PINGA gives heavy thumbs down to the quality of the so-called models. Really a joke for that price. I must say that any regular fishbowl girl at any MP from DAVIS GROUP could be able to be compared with these so-called models.
Maybe I will try the fishbowl once again. Saw two good well-built ones but wanted to see the top shelve of the place and was disappointed. However, we missed a try to NOAR CAFE. Saw 3 or maybe 4 hot chicks in blue sailor-type outfits at the main entrance just next door to NOAR MP. Report later.

Good FR Ping.... I shoudda started a new post under "Noar" because "worst soapy" isn't very descriptive. Noar's not great (especially in the model dept) but not really the worst either. Mainly a question of geography... you wouldn't want to go out of your way too far for Noar; in the other hand if you find yourself in that neighborhood....it's workable.
