I just looked on a map and it's only about 6 or 7 inches away, so I'd say yes.
(Actually, it's quite a hike just from Sukhumvit to New Phetburi. It's been awhile since I did it, but maybe 25 minutes assuming a leisurely pace? Then Mona Lisa is probably another 10 minutes up New Phet, I would guess, but I've never walked that way. Consider any other info you get, if any, more reliable than this.)

I took a walk down there from Soi Cowboy few times.
If you would like to walk along Asoke Rd. from Soi Cowboy keep your right and it will take you around 10 minutes till hit the small bridge just after passing the Q-House. After crossing the bridge you are just meters away from New Petchbury Av. You have to cross the road and turn right. You will pass a seafood place after 1 min walk and it will take you another minute to be in the car park of MONALISA.
....but I did the walk just for fun. Take a cab instead although it will need to make a big round....Asoke Rd. is only way way from Petchbury to Sukhumvit except for the bus line.

Take a cab from Soi Cowboy going into the soi away from Sukhumvit....the cab can get to Petchburi via Sukhumvit Soi Phrom Phong...comes out by Tonys....may have to cross the road if there is no U Turn adjacent to Mona Lisa...can't remember

I walked it one time / never again. It was way too hot I was sweating like a pig and it since it was afternoon and they were just opening there were very few honey and no good looking bunnies. I took a taxi back to Darling and did a sandwich.
Do yourself a favor take a taxi, but go to the hotel next door.
