Sometimes, usually after too much sex, I don't 'cum'
(ejaculate) with a girl.
I get the feeling that most girls take not cumming as a

I have been on a tablet for years,and this said in its blurb that it could have the effect of getting rid of all ,

Not much doubt about the usual cause of the problem - too much sex, as you say. Guys here for a week or two often try to pack in FAR more sex than they need.
As for the girls, it might be a bit much to say that they take pride in their work, but I think most of them do like to feel they do a good job. Certainly, examining the condom for evidence that you weren't faking is very common. When you don't come, I'd guess that your protests about having a good time are just dismissed as a jai dee attempt to help them save face.
If you look at threads about the 'butterflying' problem (particularly taking different BGs from the same bar), you'll see that girls are open to taunts from their colleagues that they can't keep a man happy. This seems to wound quite deeply and is a significant social face-loser for them.

No, I think it is not a major insult. Not that bad. They are always concern on the "loss of face" shit and they sometimes think they are not good in bed cos the "farang" didn't CUM and maybe her friends at the bar will know about it.

My own problem after too much alcohol is not being able to get it up at all. This has little to do with ageing - I had the same problem at 18, when keeping it down was usually more of a snag.
I think a lot of guys are in this situation, in which case the 'not coming' problem just doesn't arise.
However, I've found that V successfully counteracts the alcohol effect on the hydraulics (NB: reports on this are VERY mixed), and that coming is not then a problem. Mind you, I've never experimented with V while completely smashed.
Some guys report that V makes it more difficult for them to come. In some cases, I wonder if the real reason is that they've had too much to drink, and V has simply allowed them to discover a problem they'd never previously suspected.
At any event, experienced BGs should really be the world experts on the effects of alcohol on the male member. They should also be able to work out that many of the tourists they encounter are completely shagged-out. It IS a bit strange that many of them take non-performance personally. Ý Ý Ý
