During my first trip, I never made it to any of the big entertainment/soapy complexes (did hit CP2) in bkk...
I am interested in hitting two or three of these, but I want to also steere clear of the "farang no f_ck here" scene and being farang surcharged to death... I know most of these place will surcharge me, but I'd like to stay away from the ones that are excessive about it.
From my research here, Posiedon, New Cleopatra, and a few others seem like big beautiful and new places to have fun at!
Any opinions on where I should spend my baht?

1) Poseidon (again)
2) Mirage

Champ Elysses and Chateau Blanc are also on my list of full service places, but they aren't quite what you're asking for.
Zodiac is the only one I know of (that I'm at all interested in) that doesn't allow farang at all.

I am aware that you read already about the survey we have done along Ratchadaa and Petchburi. So, very little to add on prices and specific details....my first set of preferences: POSEIDON, MIRAGE and NATAREE. Second set: J1, DARLINGS, PLAZA and BARONS. Third set: whatever I fancy at the moment....
My humble recommendation based on areas you would like to hit:
MPs along Ratchadaa
POSEIDON is a must. The surcharge in the fishbowl is B/.500 for farangs. If you have Asian look nothing happens. Don't forget to check out the model lounge (3rd Fl.) if you are interested to blow around 3-5K/session. Many stunners up there and some of them were centerfolds in past issues of the local Penthouse magazine.
MIRAGE and CAESARS are also places to check out. IMHO MIRAGE has many stunners as sideliners and, although pricey, it does worth every single Baht.
You should try NATAREE as well. No surcharge so far to any brother. But you are aware of that as well, right? Give a try to the big boobs if you are into a titty f_ck. Several D-cups up there.
SUKHUMVIT
DARLINGS for a sandwich is a must in Sukhumvit area. 4K/2 girls/session.
BARONS for an oil-massage and a bang that will suck your brains.
EURO INN is also a good bet although the "legends" are still working at BARONS.
New Petchburi
PLAZA ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX for a try at CUPIDY. Check out the Model Lounge on the 6th floor as well. Some extra charges if the taxi takes you there. Expect another surcharge cos of the farang policy stuff....
MEREE is also a good bet. We din't get any surcharge so far. Good selection of TGs.
ASOKE-DING DANG
Of course NEW CLEOPATRA is a must in this area. You have to bang at least one of these sideliners. Very good selection of girls. Few of the models were centerfolds of the local Penthouse magazine as well.
PS
Champs Elysses is a model lounge and a bit pricey. Similar stuff like the one going on 3rd floor of Poseidon but a bit better IMHO. The rooms are superb. Up scale place with a very good selection of girls and fine set up/layout.
Chateau Blanc has the same format of PIANO, EXOTICA, PENT CAFE, etc. Thus, they are not MPs with fishbowls or the like. At these places, you sit, drink and talk to the cuties and if you like one of them or two you can even pay the barfine (10-15 drinks x B/.350). Whatever you can do outside the establishment will ENTIRELY depend on a private arrangement. Some will f_ck, some will not.
