Osaka has been my favourite place since 1996. The location used to be "just perfect" to become "delayed" in traffic on the way home, and spend a relaxing 2 hours before getting back into the traffic jam.
The location on Pattanakarn Road is maybe not exactly central, and getting there without taxi or a good bus map can be tricky, unless you find a route that goes East straight from New Petchburi Road. On the other hand, if you're there, you might as well stop by Maeree MP or the new shop over the road.
Back to your question, Osaka is a slightly run down MP with about 40 to 60 girls, grouped into 3 sections. The cheapest section is on the right, at 1,300 Baht. The girls there are somewhere between very old and very young, and I have no idea how they classify them. I usually find my girl in that part, and I have been visiting the same couple, three girls ever since I knew the place.
I used to have a few ladies with excellent English there just after the 97 crisis, some of them used to work in finance companies that folded. However generally, the level of English spoken there is quite limited. But you're not going there for conversation anyway.
Recently the Papasan offered me a new girl from the middle section, she was extremely young (and lokked even more so when undressed) but except for her looks wasn't really useful. Kept watching TV most of the time and was too keen (and unsuccessful) to finish me.
Even more recently, one girl with very long legs (most of the ladies are quite small) joined. She used to be a waitress in their restaurant. Very kind, a bit shy and apparently just back from giving birth, I'll probably go back to see her again. Call me a pervert but I find a bit of mother's milk quite stimulating ;-)
So the middle section used to be the soapy girls, and they come at 1,500 or 1,600. To the far left, there are the superstars, of which I tried a few until I figured out that they are too much about business. You also only get 90 minutes instead of the regular 2 hours with them. Prices were 2,000 in 1997, but must have come down a bit.
After you pick a girl, you can ask for a VIP room (cost more) or take a standard. As a regular customer, I seem to get VIP every time now, 100 to 200 Baht tip for Papasan keeps his memory fresh. Someone will ask you for drinks, ask for a bottle if you want soft drinks, otherwise you get a glass of 50% ice and 50% drink. Price is the same.
The rooms have undergone some renovation but some of them are still a bit musty. Clean though. Aircon tends to get too cold, so switch it off but make sure you're not in the middle of the bath tub when you do that.
Tubs are large enough and some have jacuzzi action. Some girls don't know how to set the temperature right, so check inbetween while they fill the tub if it is too cold (common) or too hot (less common).
You can start the action before the batch, in fact my favourite there will not let me get in until we have done it once. Really depends on the girl, and while most of them do BBBJ's, some of the new girls won't. Actually some girls will go straight to the bath, wash you, massage you, and do it only once before you leave, while they watch TV all the time. Tough luck.
Other girls, in particular the older ones (30's and 40's, still in good shape), just can't seem to get enough. Typical course for me is fullservice before the bath, BBBJ in the bath, massage followed by one last full service. Last time I went, girl brough 6 condoms and wanted to use them all, too bad I was exhausted and got through only one. Well that makes 11 next time.
Now I'm losing the thread because this damn window is so small. Okay, the girls range from 18 or less(?) to 40 and beyond, the older ones give better service and are more enthusiastic, prices are cheaper to the right, and looks vary from -2 to maybe 8 on the scale of 10.
Never seen another farang in there, but I do come at odd hours.
Come early, before 6 pm, after that the number of girls dwindles down to the ugliest 10.
Best if you have a car. Otherwise, there are so many other places to look at. For me its more a customer loyalty thing. Some of the girls who were there in 96 have left, others including my fav are still there.
I was introduced to the place with a soapy girl, she was very muscular and did extremely sensual sliding jobs for a long time. Once she just slipped on me by accident, all she said was "don't finish" and kept on going. Alas, she left.
Another one, also gone, would just jump me in the tub and have and receive oral, then finish me off fullservice right in the tub.

Opens around noon on Sat/Sun, has a "coffee shop" which serves mediocre food but is a good place to sip a beer and size up the talent if you choose your table carefully, plenty of parking (valet if you wish). Not the best, but very serviceable if you're in that part of town.

I plan to hit a few places myself throughout LOS in June and will try to get back with reports along the lines of this post.
I plan to hit a.o. places Hua Hin from where not so many elaborate reports seem to exist on this otherwise brilliant forum.

Well I am glad if I could help anybody with my lengthy description. Also glad to be able to return something to the board.
I haven't got much to add and I think Deep File has accurately described something important that I forgot - to sit down in the coffee shop, order a coke or whatever you like and position yourself so that you can see most of the section where you think the best girls are. It may take some time and study to find out which one you want.
Trafficwise it is all construction on Pattanakarn in front of Osaka, so avoid during rush hours. Off-peak there is no problem at all getting there and away. From Srinakarin you can turn left either into a soi before Osaka, or one after. From the opposite direction, just after you pass Osaka you can turn right or u-turn into either soi.

Thanks for updating us Shoke. The place is certainly in need of rennovation... it's badly run down with deteriorated infrastructure and appears to be having trouble attracting/retaining attractive workers. Given the traffic chaos in the area and now the crackdown, I would not be surprised if Osaka remains closed indefinitely.
