Does anyone tell me whether I can go Caesars by tollway from Pan Pac?.....so as to avoid the travel at Rachadapisek.....

It depends on what time of the day/night that you intend to visit Caesars. But I would still recommend that you use the conventional roads to Rachadapisek because you would still need to make a U-Turn to get to Caesars. If you want to avoid most jams, start making your way there during the mid-afternoon hours like between 3.30pm to 4pm.

Thanks adhoc. So, how long does it take to go there from PP?
Any upper class soapy MPs around Pan Pac?.....as I think the Rachada is too far away from PP and it should take almost an hour to go during 6:00pm to 7:00pm......right?

From PanPac to Rachadapisek it averages about 30mins depending on traffic condition.
For nearer MPs, try Chao Phraya 2 or JI which both are located across each other along Si Ayutthaya.
