dickrambone, this really depends on the girls. Some girls are just lazy, and will just do one round with you. This could also be true, if you are the 5th customer of the day.
In Plaza, most of the girls that I have taken had no problems with the 2nd round. They didn't ask for any tip, although I do tip them, 500 B in most cases, 1,000 B if I am really impressed!
