You can try Chao Phraya 2. The fishbowl is devided into sections; the one on the right side has the older women.
Trust me, you won't need the binoculars (which they use there) to spot them.
The section has a special name that I can't recall. But I think they are specialized in traditional/therapeutic massages.
Sorry, don't have more info about those ladies.
