First off, I'd like to give thanks to all the brothers on the forum for the infinite amount of information I've learned about the night scene and about Thailand in general. Anyway...
Just for the fun of it, I checked out the massage places on New Petchaburi Road (just North of Sukhumvit) and this is what I found out:
Cupidy (inside of the Plaza entertainment center) :
1800 (90 minutes) /2200 (2 hours)
Plaza Entertainment: 2000 (normal) /2400 (VIP girls)
Embassy: 1500/2000
Halem: 1500/2000
Next door to Halem (sign in Thai) : 1500/2000
Mona Lisa: 1600 (normal) /1800 (VIP girl)
Petch Siam: 300 (thai massage) /hour
600 (oil massage) /hour
**Has a fishbowl, but I found it unusual that it lists the typical massage prices rather than the MP prices. Girls here seemed a bit older.
Christina: 750 (90 minutes)
**Warning! You get want you pay for! Only two girls here when I left...both getting on in their years.
Porn Petch: 1200
Riviera: 1700
Zodiac: 1200 (normal) / 1500 (VIP girls)
Evita: 1700 (fishbowl) /1900 (sideline)
Merel: 1500 (normal) /1800 (VIP) /2000 (sideline)
I missed Atami, skipped Bangkok cozy, couldn't find New Stella Cafe, and looked into but didn't venture into Sai Fon. Word of note: I'm Asian so I'm not sure what price they are quoting (the Asian price, the farang price, the Thai price), but I don't speak Thai so I spoke either in English or Japanese. Also, I didn't get the time amount of the places, but most were 2 hours for everything ("licking, sucking, and f_cking" - many a papasan) unless noted. In general, the more expensive places had better looking or younger girls. Apparently, Sunday night (around 9pm) is a busy night as most places had more customers than ladies in the fishbowl (Cupidy, Embassy, and Halem being exceptions).
Call me weird, but I actually didn't partake in any of the action this night (though I did have a nice erotic oil massage at Diamond Massage next to the Emporium - 400 baht/hour).
I'm sure some of the brothers can give more detailed information and time limits on the above mentioned. Anyone have a favorite?
Also, I've spelt the road as Petchaburi...I think that's suppose to be Petchburi...same-same...

thanks for the updates. as someone who lives adjacent to pecthburi and cherishes value, I much appreciate your efforts. too bad you didn't check out Sai Fon: still a couple of very young and friendly hotties there at bargain rates.

That explains how you were able to get inside Zodiac as falangs ( Non asians ) are not allowed there ( From what I remember ). Good report. Peace

Hi CMORE. I've been at ZODIAC several times and few of those visits I hit the place together with farang MP dogs....Well, the issue is that farangs could get in, the problem is that they cannot get the service. ooops!

atami and new stella/zodiac are closed, as far as I was able to determine from driving past them multiple times over last month.

Great research, neophyte. It appears we have an aspirant to Pinga's old title.
Pricing (farang) at Cosy is 1,700/bowl and 2,300/sideline; Sai Fon is 1,200 (90 minutes and might be the smallest MP rooms in Bangkok). Note that Riviera also practices the "no Caucasians" policy.
Did you pick up any info on weekday opening hours? Any of these places bending the 6pm rule?

That bloody dishonest manager in Mona Lisa charged me B2000 for normal (that is before falang surcharge). The duration is also very odd - 1 hour 40 minites, though it is more than enough to me. When I questioned him about why the price hike, he pretended he did not understand my question. I eventually paid what he quoted as around M.L. there is no other alternative.

Frankly I hate the papasan at Mona Lisa. I have a schtick I always use with them. I ask in Thai, "today, how much?" Normally it gets a laugh at least but let's them know I'm no newbie and on to the game. At ML, the papasan nearly snarled at me, "same as last time." OK, so he doesn't like my joke. But when I replied "OK, how much was that?" his response was 200 baht more than I had paid the last time. Bull sh_t was my response. Ended up getting my usual deal but still was irritated with him. At least he doesn't ask for or seem to expect a tip.
Nonetheless, the service I've gotten at ML is best in town, with one exception, so far. Plan to continue my research to insure that no better deals are being missed.
