Hi,
I will be staying at the Novotel Hotel on Siam and was wondering on how to get to either Poseiden or Emmanuelle. Is it possible to walk there? Thanks.

You have will have to take a taxi to Ratchadapisek Road.
Emmanuelle is just 30m away from The Emerald Hotel on the same side of the road, you will see large posters of girls on the outside. Poseidon is another half a km down furher down the road.

If you take a taxi it will be a little difficult to convince the Papasan that you don't have to pay the taxi commision.

First, I assume you will have picked up that you are staying a hotel that is NOT guest friendly and you might want to re-consider your booking, if possible.
Taxi to the Emerald hotel is the simplest way but in busy times you mihgt be quicker to take sytrain to Nana and taxi from there.
Kmanrox Some MP's pay taxi drivers to take you to their place (500 baht) and this gets added on to your price.
