3,300 M? ... I am not sure of this one ... if you tell us more about the location maybe it is easier to help you. Maybe it refers to the price of a massage in Markkas (currency of Finland). But it would seem pricey -even for Europe.
On the other hand ... it could be the price of some massages in Thailand. But with so little additional info in your question, it is difficult to tell as the answers could vary a lot.

No difference at all save for the quality of appearance of the massage girl, and you may not even agree with that assesment.
N = Normal
B = ??? (Better than Normal?)
SL = Side Line girl (i.e. not in the fishbowl)
M = Model (also not in the fishbowl, may be in a separate lounge area or floor).
The rest of you guys should be ashamed. You were newbies once, too...

N= Normal Massage, Normal looking girl
B= Body-to-Body Massage, soapy on air mattress.
SL= Side Liner girls, sometimes students or office girls, usually better looking dressed in street clothes, on her own schedule. Don't expect any massage her only if you are lucky, usually just sex and bath.
