Rama Gardens is just few minutes driving from SOFITEL (Viphavade-Rangsit), right? I think taking a cab heading to Ratchadapisek Av. will be your best bet.

The only thing that Rama Garden is close by is the airport. Except for in house massage, there is nothing else. My boss used to stay there every time he goes to LOS. After one trip that I was able to persuade him to stay in Rachadapisek area, he never stay there again.
MOVE.
ps: Price is cheaper too, even if you stay at Merchant Court or Emerald.
