Thanks for all the information that this board has supplied me with. I am just wondering, just last year I was in BKK, but never experienced a soapy. What actually happens? Is the massage session long? And what is a good firs ttime soapy place? I am leaving July 25th, I will be checking in here a couple of times before I leave and probably check when I get to BKK.

A soapy massage is not a real massage in the normal sense of term. First the TG will fill a large tub with lukewarm water and you and the TG get in the tub while she washes you. During this time you may receive a BJ, or just some manual stimulation, sometimes to a happy finish, and sometimes not.
Then you and the TG will proceed to the bed, or to a mattress, depending on the MP. If you go to a mattress, you will receive a full body massage, which means the TG massages (or more accurately rubs) you with her body.
At this point, the TG will normally put a condom on you and then initiate straight sex, usually with her on top to begin with. Where it goes from there depends on what you want to do (assuming it is something the TG is willing to do).
When you are finished with sex, you and the TG will usually get washed again and then get dressed. Normal tip is about 500 baht, depending on the quality of the service.
There can be many variations on the above scenarios depending on the MP, the TG, what you ask for, how many times you want to pop, how many times the TG is willing to make you pop, and how long the session is (usually varies between 1.5 and 2 hours).
There is a fair amount of variation depending on the TG, even in the same MP. For example at Poseidon, the Venus Showcase is 2 hours and the Models are 1.5 hours. If you have a specific request other than regular intercourse with a condom, discuss it with the papasan or mamasan before you choose.

Forgot to mention recommendations. I think for a newbie, location is important. Darlings is good (just off Sukhumvit on Soi 12), and with the new Subway Poseidon (2nd floor Venus Showcase) is also a good choice. Both of these will cost you about 2500 baht plus tip if you are a farang (models and sideliners at Poseidon cost more). But there are many others that are also good, as evidenced by the recommendations in the forum.

Hello wildone,
for a first soapy visit I would also highly recommend Poseidon. I had the best experiences there on my last trip in Feb. 04. Very good selection in the fishbowl. Price I was quoted was B. 2700 ( incl. Farang surcharg ).
Got a hotti, looks 8.5, attidude and service 9! Service provided: 2 BBBJ`s and 2 F_Jobs. If I could only remember her Nr.  In addition to that, the rooms a very nice. With the new subway system, you will save a lot of time going there. Returned there a couple of days later.
