Guys,
I'm a person of full-blooded chinese descent (although I cant speak it to save my life). Do any of you have any recommendations of MPs the locals use that would be accomodating to chinese/asian farangs as opposed to white farangs?

Sorry guys, I just can't resist this one : The only pass you'll need are those funny looking, colorful, small rectangular pieces of paper they call " bahts" in LOS. BTW, why do you want to go to the MPs that only the locals go ? Assuming ( strongly) that you don't speak Thais, either ?

Therefore, if you are Chinese you cannot be farang.
You are referred to as "kon jeen" or in ruder terms "ai- jek".
Most of the MPs are now set up to handle foreigners, although you probably should have figured out that a few of them don't really want a lot of western customers for a variety of reasons. They deal with this via either outright refusals or surcharge.
As an Asian foreigner, you may also get hit with surcharges at some places. At others you may be able to get away from them.
In general the more Thai places that don't have westerners don't set up their girls to speak English; e.g. Poseidon used to have someone come and teach the girls english and Japanese since Poseidon has a high percentage of foreign guests - a more THai place doesn't need to waste their money on this.
If you don't speak Thai at the more local places, then you will be worse off than someone who does...asking for things, ordering drinks, every aspect of the whole deal.
Assuming the reason why you want to go is you have Asian tastes (generally fair skin very important, not too thin, tall) then pretty much any of the places talked about here will do you well. Champ Elleyse, Plaza, Poseidon, Cleopatra etc all have significant numbers of Asian visitors - Plaza upstairs and on the 6th floor in particular is quite good selection - don't waste your time on the downstairs area which is more of a "western" taste; that is assuming you have "asian tastes".
So many variables...I think if you are ABC you are better off hanging out at most of the places mentioned here. Your face will get you in the door, but as soon as you open your mouth, you'll be stuck if you don't speak Thai.

I have heard Riviera is strictly for Asians only. Caesars is basically Asians only as it is 2100 for Asians (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc) and 4200 for falangs. Most of the other MPs will charge 500 or 1000 more for falangs (just cuz they can).

Yep, that sounds about right. But I suspect an ABC might be lumped in with the whities, 'cause they might see an ABC or similar as a banana, in which case why not treat them like a farang?!

Strangly, it can really annoy some ethnicities when a person says, oh as a "xxxx" that means you must like xxxxx, BUt clearly, you are comfortable in your Asianness. Good one 
I think them Russians like pretty much anyone with cash, who is reasonably clean and a few of them are apparently really up for it. Having only ever slept with a white woman once in my life (and she was a lingerie model, so I therefore cannot add to that without the statistics getting worse) I have not tried myself.
