I will be in LOS this coming Saturday and I will need to find a good quality soapy at about 1PM in the afternoon. I have been to Annies and do not find the quality to be that high. I usually go to Bangkok Cozy but they do not do the soapy. Anyone have a suggestion? I also want to stay within the Petchaburi / Sukhumvit area so I can get back to my hotel at a reasonable time.

If you can do without the wash, Barons at Prom Phong BTS station has in room showers and very service oriented ladies at that hour.
It is not a Soapie, but you will be a relaxed puppy after your 60-120 minutes (400-800B plus lady service charge)
