One option to catch the subway outside Dusit Thani to Sukhumvit station, then interchange to skytrain for Thong Lor and Tulip Massage. Read further in oil massage section.
Otherwise, maybe can read, for example, here about availability in Patpong at Takada etc...
Plenty other options too, provided that you have the capability to use this forum's search engine.
Soi Thaniya/Silom may be on offer, if you're Japanese not English, otherwise Silom maybe not number one starting point for your lunchtime hobby. Tora tora tora.

Well if you go to Sukhumvit, the Prom Phong station is a much better choice as there are some 10 TM's with extras within a 10 minute walk. Search to find more details or just look in the Massage section for many many threads on each one; Angel, Anna, 33 Center, Patou, Teen, Akane, Euro Inn, Oranges, etc.
As for Silom, there is Lisa's right near the Narai Hotel and also Ogata near the Sala Daeng BTS station which I recommend. See the Ogata thread in the Massage section.

I do have to agree that there are slim pickings for a lunchtime quickie oil massage in Silom as compared to the Sukhumvit Area. If time is pressing you waste too much time getting up to Sukhumvit from Silom.
When I worked in Bangkok, on Asok Road, I used to plan my business trips to the bank or auditors to lunchtime so I could take an extended lunch hour to accomplish both tasks of having the meeting and then slipping off to Barons or Euro Inn for a nice massage. When my company changed bankers to HSBC (in Silom) and our auditors to PWC (also in Silom) I was mad!!
I always tried to avoid the touts in Patpong. They were always offering ‘massage’ or ‘young girls’ as you walked by. One time however in PP2 I did give in and stopped and talk to a lady tout. I was taken up some stairs to a bar and a few ladies were brought out. I remember it was very dark and it was hard to see the ladies properly. The lady urged me to take two ladies for double fun. I did this and in fairness I had very good session with them. The ladies were a bit old but one especially was very busty and they were both quite fun lots of smiles and joking. I think I paid 3,500 baht for a one hour session.
