Went to Helen today 4 pm. Place is closed. Neon sign removed above the entrance, the one on top is still there, but it looks quite final. Khlong toey is probably not the place where you invest a lot money for renovation...

I pass by Khlong Toey about once a week. I used to see this place a lot years back and always wanted to try it, before the sky train came and made Bangkok so accessible... more modernized and less mysterious, to some degree. Many little neighborhood fun joints have closed down since then. I'll try to take a look next time I pass and check it out.
