Nothing of quality is really "close" to the airport. Tarawadee :easily 30 minutes from the airport: for myself would be the closest, but impractical if you only have a relatively quick connection, as you'd be cutting it kind of close to get back to the airport.

There are some escort services that advertise airport specials.. One I saw listed it as 4000 baht for 2 hours. Not sure of the arrangements but it might be interesting. Besides the Novotel, there are some smaller hotels not far from the airport they might use as a base.
I think some enterprising should get a high-end RV, set it up in parking lot for those who need a quick fix before/after their flight

I would suggest the closest and easiest to find FS massage joints to the airport are Colonze II, La Defense and Catherines, ranging from 1,700 Baht for 2hrs and up...afternoon/evening is better pickings, but as PR said, they're not the best quality but would certainly do for a 'shot-off' !
There are also 2 hotels in the area that offer a fishbowl massage service but I find these places have providers looking to handle a 1hr 45min massage and a quick 5 minute FS session rather than a full on farrang sex session, also kissing of any type is usually unavailable. Welcome Inn is one such place I can;t recall the other one but it's on the same road, is it the Lad Krabang road (runs as a cut through from Bangna to Onnut at about Bangna Km 10)
