To be fair Colonze 2 should be mentioned also. Selection small but great attitude towards falang. 200 baht off be4 6 pm also.
Nataree girls have attitude problem but I get around knowing the boss and papasans.

I have been to The Lord 3 times, late afternoon, no girl better than a 6 or 7.

The girls at Nataree are young and cute, but the few times I've been there, the service has been very medicore and the rooms are quite shabby. I've also heard that sometimes, there's no hot water.
I've only been to Emmanuelle a few times, and the girls are attractive. It's also had some good reviews. My experience there has been mixed. A couple of years ago, I had a good experience, but the last time I was there in October, the service was bad. There was only a perfunctory bj and the girl tried to rush me out. I complained the the papasan and mamasan, but they didn't seem to care.
I like Tarawadee very much. Rooms are nice and the lobby/restaurant area is elegant. Papasans and mamasans were vey helpful. Many attractive women are there and I've always had good service there.
Amsterdam girls are nice looking, but service was average.
I agree that Caesar's is bad. It's overpriced and the papasan is not very friendly to farangs.
My favorite right now is LaBelle. The lobby, bar and rooms are very nice. Papasans are helpful. I found the girls very attractive with good service. It's expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
