Hi,
Will be arriving in Bangkok in Feb this year. Was dying to try out this nuru nuru massage. Does nuru nuru massage equal to soapy massage?
Do they do outcall service for soapy massage?
What will be the damage like for 1 full session?

Go to Emmanuelle and pick out a sideliner or two and specify that you want the nuru treatment. That's the top of the line experience in my opinion. I treat myself to it as least once a month. Or you can work yourself up to that by doing a nuru course at Colonze 1 or 2 with one of the girls trained in 'gel.' Same thing, perhaps more professional on the nuru side, only not as attractive a girl.
And don't worry about how much it costs.

I think you should test the massage parlors at the New Petchbury Road, at the end ot NP you will find Nancy (3462 New Petchbury Road), Biva (2543), Avita (2455), Meree (3138), Hawaii (2293), Angelina (2351) and Bangkok Cozy (2368) rather close to each other. So if you do not like one of them just go to next.
If you prefer more expensive places go to Huay Kwang where you will find Emanuelle - expensive but high class, Nataree - many young sideliners, and Hi-Class - cheaper but good.

Why sideliner is better? Isn't those professional massage much better as they are more experience?

It depends on what you like. The sideliners at Emmanuelle at trained in Nuru nowadays. But yes, they are not as skilled as the pro nuru girls... although those girls, to me, are less attractive. Standard is one shot, but if you take two girls, it's two shots. Sometimes if it's a session where you are getting along well, of course there may be an additional shot or two outside of 'standard.'
I don't know about outcall services because I am not a fan of take out. Also, the nature of nuru is fairly messy and probably not a good idea to do at one's condo or home.

I can see them doing it, but am not sure they will be doing it properly...
As Packripper said, you need to make sure what it is you want: Professional (ish) Nuru: in which case Colonze2 or an OK (ish) Nuru but cute provider in which case Emmanuelle.
Beware, I think Emmanuelle has a Farang surcharge.

I went to Emanuelle one evening last month when I was feeling a bit low on energy but still up for some action and keen to try out a nuru massage. (If you check on the Emanuelle website it gives you details of prices etc.)
Walked in and told the Papasan what I was after and he showed me around both sideliners and fish bowl where there were only maybe 8-10 girls left. Didn't fancy any of them so went back to take a second look at the sideliners.
Three cuties on a sofa sitting together giggling and one of them took my fancy so I told the Papasan and he called her out. Sad to say that she told him she couldn't do nuru so back to square one. However, in the interest of research I refused to give up and within a couple of minutes the Papasan was back with a cute sideliner with a hot bod who could do Nuru. I'm not sure why she wasn't out with the others - perhaps she was on a break or hiding... but she took me upstairs and into the room.
After the usual preliminaries - during the course of which one of those blow up mattresses was brought into the room - and bath, we moved to the mattress where my cute sideliner applied the nuru and off we went.
Now I have seen some of the porn nuru vids and the slow and seductive nuru experience looks pretty fantastic, and I have to say that indeed it feels pretty good with the girl sliding all over giving the full body massage treatment before proceeding to a bbbj and then a ride home.
