This was my question as well to them. I did send them a mail to clarify in simple words, now I am more confused. I understood little bit of it, mostly still in confusion. From what I can tell, the difference between sideline and fishbowl seems to be based purely on looks.
The difference between fishbowl and Shower lady on a descending scale seems to be looks, room used, and removal of soapy for the washy part of the deal. Time allocated also seems to be 90 minutes rather than 2 hours, which according to the website is what you get for Sideline and Fishbowl.
