is it true that massage parlour girls who sit in the fish bowl, are less experienced in the front row nearest the glass, and most experienced at the very back?

excellent question!
From my contacts in MPs outside BKK, the newbies are normally placed in front , nearest the glass.- (probation period, one month).
Not sure about the practice in BKK though, I suppose it varies from MPs to MPs. Be happy to hear if any brothers have any other info. about this.

The girls can sit where they want , they are commission based so its up to them , mostly I find from the girls is there are far to many girls and not enough clients.
Most girls leave for greener grasses only to find the same elsewhere.

Usually have a group of "Super stars" set aside, but by and large you pay an extra 1000bt for perhaps a longer time, or an alleged "Younger' girl. Have met a number of Massage girls outside the workplace, - mostly at "Dance Fever" niteclub, and was surprised at some of the figures quoted, they said out of a 1200bt fee - about normal rate for Thai guys, Farangs may be charged more, they only get 300, sometimes 400bt. Normally service 1 or 2 clients per day ... of course they like the security, no hassles with customers etc, but as Ms. Gaow says, they often look for somewhere better, to no avail, or maybe some get lucky and end up as "mia Nois" [ minor wives] to a wealthy Thai - for as long as their looks last. In most parlours, on starting, they have to pay a fee of around 1,500 to be taught/shown how to do the business correctly !! - yes, the mind boggles, but although no doubt some men assist, - it seems in most cases its an old ex MP women, who does the explaining ! The majority do seem to have Thai Boyfriends, or husbands, - have met a couple of genuine, smart, switched on girls, who were just working to earn enough to start a business, and with the husbands knowledge/support ! - Also [ "Toto" take note 555!] not too difficult to get their number in most cases, and meet up with them on days off, - unfortunately I used to like to meet the ones i knew after work, and go clubbing, but alas that was in the days of 4, 5 or even 6am closing !
