In Pattaya they serve a full American breakfast at TOPS for 49baht!!
Would rather spend my money on Parties than food!

Nai Lert Seafood Market (accross from Amari Watergate Hotel) is excellent and also rtelatively cheap (LObster for 80 Baht 100grms). One by ONe seafoof is my fav

There is also some very good food courts in both ZEN and MBK. The coupon ones are very cheap and very good

Bunch of small resturants together in front of beer garden on soi 7
Food stall in Panthip plaza. I love their ground beef with rice...
or just food stalls in front of nana..
Too many places to mentioned.
