Check out Dosa King on Sukhumvit Soi 19 (opposite Westin Grand Sukhumvit).
Dosa King offers both Northern and Southern Indian food. If find the Naan a little too heavy, try the Dosa.

A great Indian restaurant I have been to is The Whole Earth (71 Sukhumvit Soi 26 (tel. 02-258-4900) Really good atmosphere and food, there is also one in Chiang Mai and one on Soi LangSuan (Thai food only). Check out the one off Soi 26 though, I give it a thumbs up!

I tried Dosa King (on Sukhumvit Soi 19) a few times last month and this month. It is pretty good - a nice change froom the usual North India fare (although they serve that there as well). The food is not as spicy as I would like, but it is passable (it is run by south Indians). I recommend dahi wada (south Indian style - these are deep fried donut like things marinated in yoghurt sauce). I also tried Mrs. Balbirs - excellent food and good decor. Little hard to find (on Soi 11). Go into the lane that says "Joke Club" and turn right. Bon Appetit.
