Anyone interested in a real good sandwich/roll for a reasonable price compared to the Landmark over the road, try the new little cafe opposite Gullivers. I had the best sandwich ever in Los so far there 2 days ago, it was roast chicked, the ingrediants were fresh and plentiful, the roast chicken was real, unlike the roast chicken sh*t at subway I had some time ago. I have yet to try the roast beef, but monday for sure, this is my new lunch spot. They need a bit of time to get some experience, service was plentiful but seemed nervous and new and unsure at serving a farang etc, but friendly. The rolls were the freshest I have had, they were the crusty and crunchy ones, beautiful, highly recommended. For me anyway.

Quick update, had the roast beef today, excellent, the pasta is crap, but that was for someone else. The rolls and sangers are great, very tasty, but the service still needs serious experience, but when it is friendly, my patience lasts a long time.

probably not possible since they serve sandwiches at GT aswell.
the chicken sub I had yesterday was a NONO.
bread was stale, the dressing soso. hot sauce or tabasco "mei mi". only the chicken (not that much) was up to standard.

Yes, mine to, have to have a word with them, but the first few days they were superb. My roll was stale yesterday as well. Down hill so quick, oh well, the search goes on.
The french bakery in Silom looks good, may give that a try, but probably froggy prices as well.
