Edit In: Where the fish tanks are is not the main entrance. The main entrance is off 55 - into an airconditioned room. The main cashiers desk is there too. Yes you can sit outside in a garden setting.
Try the Tom Ka Kai - delish.

Another good place (while I think of it) : Once Upon a Time on Petchaburi soi 17. Nice intimate old house with a very romantic courtyard also. Decent food. Discrete and private. Perfect place for a date.
