While staying at Jasmine Suites Soi 23 last Dec/Jan I tried the Fish & Chip shop opposit, the fish was OK but the chips were terrible as they had been refried. The staff didn't seem to bothereed when I mentioned it to them.
So I never bothered eating there again, but did visit the adjoining bar several times.

the staffs were cool, they were staring at us from time to time ( me/dragonmp11a10 ), giggling ( had the hots for dragon ) & really seem to appreciate my generous tip. will return, maybe i'll invite DrLove next time
