Think I wrote about this a couple of years ago, but at MacDonalds at the corner of Patpong they used to have Samurai-burger. This was like a hambrurger with sour creme and the explanation I got was that due to all the japanese expats working in BKK there was a demand for it. The burger was pretty good.
The funny thing though, was that during all the years I worked for a japanese Company I never found a samurai burger at MacDonalds in Tokyo.

I was stationed in Yokosuka a few years ago and the McD's all over the place, Tokyo included definitely had the Samarai burger. Even the McD's on the naval bases. Very good burgers they are indeed.

Narita Airport Macs....and they are called 'teriaki burgers'.

the burger you want to get your chops around is sold at Hard Rock Cafe in Siam Square.
It's called a pig sandwich.
Not the most elegant of names but it tastes awesome.
